Bible teaching about mastering Christian theology and Bible commentary is very important in living a successful life. Why? The world around us swirls with a gaggle of voices and opinions, like a dust storm in Kansas, or a hurricane in the Philippines.

We get confused – at least I do. When crisis looms, or decisions have to be made, where do we turn? We all want to be successful, but how do we define success? Where can we find the truth? Well, we can consider the Bible.After all, Paul says, “All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness” (2 Timothy 3:16). 

He also wrote, “Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, handling accurately the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15).

Jesus even weighed in on the issue when He made that remarkable statement in His marvelous prayer concerning the Bible, “Sanctify them in the truth; Thy word is truth” (John 17:17). 

Wow! That is powerful stuff!

Since the Bible is truth given by God, and it touches directly and intimately on our lives, then it deserves our careful study. Does that make sense? It does to me. That is why I have spent a major portion of my life in the serious study of Christian Bible teaching about life.

Bible teaching about Christian theology is the bedrock of life.The Bible tells us about who we are, why we are here, why we exist, how to live life, and where we go after this life. It tells us who God is, how He relates to and treats His creation, and what He expects. In short, the Bible gives us hope, certainty, direction, instruction, inspiration, and a sense of meaning and purpose to life – both this life and the next one yet to come.

With this said, I think it is fair to conclude that Bible teaching about Christian theology and Bible commentary is important. Very important. Maybe I should say it again…VERY IMPORTANT!
