My name is Chris, I am currently 26 years old. After an exploration into the world of pleasure; drugs, alcohol, sex, and anything I could find to try and "feel" something, that lasted from early teens to my early twenty's.

I began searching for my identity. After training for some years in martial arts I thought I found my passion, I began to search for the meaning of the life, for a clear definition of the difference between body, mind, and spirit. No answer seemed to satisfy and my current Martial Arts instructor was involved in eastern/pagan beliefs. God led me to a different martial arts intructor who was not concerned with eastern teachings but rather studied the Bible, and in fact is a S. Korean Missionary.

I was invited to study the Bible with him. I was familiar with the Bible as I came from a Catholic background, but I had not accepted it as truth. I never studied it deeply, I thought that this Korean man wanted help translating, little did I know he was sent to me as a spiritual mentor, to guide me to an answer for my spiritual thirst, he led me to the truth, JESUS!

I went through and currently undergo constant refinement, becoming fit for service in HIS kingdom. I now participate in Bible studies weekly, write weekly testimonies and share every Sunday, lead one to one bible studies, am training to lead a small house church, and am helping to pioneer a ministry for students of Owens Community College in Toledo, Ohio.

I thank God for sending me a good earthly shepherd and mentor, for calling me to serve, and for the sacrifice of JESUS ,my personal Saviour. There is so much to be thankful for, praise GOD, in Jesus' name. Amen
